An upright file storage unit (10) which includes an open-frame defined by a pair of upright and laterally spaced side frame members (11) and upper and lower cross frame members (19, 20, 21) which extend transversely between and interconnect the side frame members. The lower end of the storage unit is supported directly on a floor, and an upper end is supported on a portion of an upright wall member. The side frame members (11) define therein vertically spaced openings such that mounting elements of a hanging-type file folder (53) or other accessories can be engaged within a pair of laterally adjacent and vertically aligned openings of the respective side frame members. The side frame members are inclined relative to the vertical so that the hanging file folders can be arranged in vertically staggered relationship with one another to provide ready visual access to documents stored therein.
L'invention concerne une unité de rangement de dossiers verticale (10) qui comporte un bâti ouvert composé de deux éléments de bâti droits latéraux latéralement espacés (11) et d'un certain nombre d'éléments de bâti supérieurs et inférieurs croisés (19, 20, 21) qui relient les éléments de bâti latéraux entre lesquels ils s'étendent transversalement. L'extrémité inférieure de l'unité de rangement est directement posée sur le sol, l'extrémité supérieure reposant sur une partie de la paroi verticale. Les éléments de bâti latéraux (11) comportent des ouvertures verticalement espacées qui permettent aux éléments constitutifs d'un classeur à dossier suspendu (53), ou à d'autres accessoires, de s'engager dans deux ouvertures latéralement adjacentes et verticalement alignées pratiquées dans les éléments de bâti latéraux respectifs. Les éléments de bâti latéraux sont inclinés par rapport à la verticale pour permettre d'empiler verticalement les classeurs à dossiers suspendus, facilitant ainsi l'accès visuel instantané aux dossiers rangés.
