ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An upset head at a high-strength tension wire, wherein there is formed a supporting seating surface at the transition between the head and the wire. The maximum head diameter is located in the third of the height of the head situated closed to the seating surface. The head diameter at the free head end is equal to or smaller than the wire diameter and the head possesses the shape of a truncated cone at its end section.
