An upwardly acting sectional door (24), including a plurality of panels (40), body portions (50) of the panels constructed of a flexible polymeric material and having a front surface (55), a cladding (80) covering the front surface of the body portions and having hooks (83, 84) at the upper and lower edges thereof, a hinge member (51) at an edge of the body portion operatively engaging the hooks of adjacent of the panels to provide relative pivotal motion between adjacent panels. Another embodiment is an upwardly acting sectional pan door (224) including, a plurality of panels (240), facers (250) of the panels defining a front surface of the door and having cooperatively engaging couplers (270) at the upper and lower edges thereof, stiles (280) at the ends of the facers receiving and attached to the facers, and hinge assemblies (290) located at the end stiles to provide relative pivotal motion between the stiles and the couplers of adjacent panels.
L'invention se rapporte à une porte sectionnelle (24) s'ouvrant vers le haut, composée d'une pluralité de panneaux (40) qui comportent des parties de corps (50) fabriquées à partir d'une matière polymère souple, et présentant une surface frontale (55). Les panneaux comportent également un revêtement (80) venant recouvrir la surface frontale des parties de corps, des crochets (83, 84) fixés sur les bords supérieurs et inférieurs du revêtement, ainsi qu'une charnière (51) située sur un bord de la partie de corps, et venant en prise fonctionnellement avec les crochets des panneaux adjacents afin de permettre un mouvement de pivotement relatif entre les panneaux adjacents. Selon un autre mode de réalisation, une porte sectionnelle (224) à piton s'ouvrant vers le haut comporte une pluralité de panneaux (240) dont les faces (250) définissent une surface frontale de la porte et comportent des coupleurs (270) venant s'emboîter, de manière coopérative, sur les bords supérieur et inférieur de la surface frontale. Ladite porte comprend également des montants (280) situés aux extrémités des faces recevant les faces et fixés à celles-ci, ainsi que des ensembles charnières (290) situés sur les montants d'extrémité afin de permettre un mouvement de pivotement relatif entre les montants et les coupleurs des panneaux adjacents.
