[PROBLEMS] To provide a compound which can be used for the treatment of a disease associated with fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH), particularly frequent urination, urinary incontinence and/or overactive bladder. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] It is confirmed that an urea compound chemical-structurally characterized by having a piperidine or piperazine ring or a salt of the compound has a good FAAH-inhibiting activity. The urea compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof can increase the effective bladder capacity and ameliorate the state of frequent urination, and is therefore useful as a therapeutic agent for frequent urination, urinary incontinence and/or overactive bladder.
La présente invention a pour objet de proposer un composé qui peut être utilisé pour le traitement d'une maladie associée à un amide d'acide gras hydrolase (FAAH), en particulier la miction fréquente, l'incontinence urinaire et/ou la suractivité de la vessie. Il est confirmé qu'un composé de l'urée, dont la caractéristique chimico-structurale est d'avoir un noyau pipéridine ou pipérazine, ou un sel du composé, possède de bonnes propriétés d'inhibition de la FAAH. Le composé de l'urée, ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci, peut augmenter la capacité réelle de la vessie et réduire la fréquence des mictions ce qui en fait un agent thérapeutique utile contre les mictions fréquentes, l'incontinence urinaire et/ou la suractivité de la vessie.
