A medicament which contains a urea derivative or a salt thereof as an active ingredient is disclosed. The medicament has an excellent activity as VR1 antagonist and useful for the prophylaxis and treatment of diseases associated with VR1 activity, in particular for the treatment of urge urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, chronic pain, neuropathic pain, postoperative pain, rheumatoid arthritic pain, neuralgia, neuropathies, algesia, nerve injury, ischaemia, neurodegeneration, stroke, incontinence and/or inflammatory disorders.
L'invention concerne un médicament qui contient un dérivé d'urée ou un sel de celui-ci en tant qu'ingrédient actif. Ce médicament possède une excellente activité en tant qu'antagoniste de VR1 et est utile dans la prophylaxie et le traitement de maladies associées à l'activité de VR1, plus spécifiquement dans le traitement de l'incontinence urinaire insistante, hyperactivité de la vessie, douleur chronique, douleur neuropathique, douleur postopératoire, douleur arthritique rhumatoïde, névralgie, neuropathies, algésie, blessure des nerfs, ischémie, maladie neurodégénérative, accident vasculaire cérébral, incontinence et/ou troubles inflammatoires.
