Urease inhibitors and drugs against Helicobacter pylori which contain, as the active ingredient, isothiazole derivatives represented by the following general formula (1) wherein R1 represents hydrogen or amino; R2 represents hydrogen, lower alkyl or acetyl; and X represents carbon or nitrogen. These drugs are efficacious in preventing and treating gastrointestinal diseases caused by urease of Helicobacter pylori such as chronic gastritis and gastroduodenal ulcer.
L'invention concerne des inhibiteurs d'uréase et des médicaments contre Helicobacter pylori qui contiennent, comme principe actif, des dérivés d'isothiazole de la formule générale (1) dans laquelle R?1¿ est hydrogène ou amino; R?2¿ est hydrogène, alkyle inférieur ou acétyle; et X est carbone ou azote. Ces médicaments sont efficaces pour la prévention et le traitement de maladies gastro-intestinales provoquées par l'uréase d'Helicobacter pylori, telles que la gastrite chronique ou l'ulcère gastro-duodénal.
