A spray urethane gun assembly having a main body with a bore and a mixing chamber. An elongated spool is longitudinally, slidably mounted in the main body bore and movable between an extended position and a retracted position by an actuator. A first and a second inlet port are formed in the main body and a first and second outlet port are also formed in the main body. A first axially extending fluid passageway is formed in the spool and this first fluid passageway fluidly connects the first inlet port with the first outlet port when the spool is in one of the retracted or extended position, and fluidly connects the first inlet port with the mixing chamber when the spool is in the other of the retracted or extended position. A second axially extending passageway is formed in the spool and this second fluid passageway fluidly connects the second inlet port with the second outlet port when the spool is in one of its retracted or extended position, and fluidly connects the second inlet port with the mixing chamber when the spool is in the other of its retracted or extended position. A dispensing port formed in the main body is open to the mixing chamber for dispensing the fluid mixture within the mixing chamber.
La présente invention se rapporte à un ensemble pistolet de pulvérisation d'uréthane possédant un corps principal doté d'un alésage et d'une chambre de mélange. Une bobine oblongue est montée coulissante, de manière longitudinale, dans l'alésage du corps principal et est susceptible de se déplacer entre une position d'extension et une position de retrait sous l'effet d'un actionneur. Un premier et un second orifice d'entrée sont formés dans le corps principal et un premier et un second orifice de sortie sont également formés dans ce corps principal. Un premier passage pour fluide s'étendant axialement est formé dans la bobine et ce premier passage pour fluide relie de manière fluidique le premier orifice d'entrée au premier orifice de sortie tandis que la bobine se trouve soit dans la position de retrait soit dans la position d'extension, et relie de manière fluidique le premier orifice d'entrée à la chambre de mélange lorsque la bobine se trouve dans l'autre position de retrait ou d'extension. Un second passage s'étendant axialement est formé dans la bobine et ce second passage pour fluide relie de manière fluidique le second orifice d'entrée au second orifice de sortie lorsque la bobine se trouve soit dans son état de retrait soit dans son état d'extension, et relie de manière fluidique le second orifice d'entrée à la chambre de mélange lorsque la bobine se trouve dans l'autre position de retrait ou d'extension. Un orifice de distribution formé dans le corps principal est ouvert sur la chambre de mélange pour distribuer le mélange fluide à l'intérieur de cette chambre de mélange.
