A trough shaped urinal receptacle is provided together with a supporting stirrup therefor which cradles the receptacle in a draining position against a rear wall of the stirrup. Upper side wall portions of the receptacle are exposed so that the receptacle can be gripped in one hand and lifted out of the stirrup. The stirrup has a C-shaped opening for connecting a urine drainage pipe, and a flushing water supply, to the receptacle, and the receptacle has wall passages for directing flushing water along upper portions of the side walls thereof.
