The method and apparatus for irrigatingly dethrombulating bladder fluid includes inserting an outflow conduit (14) into a human bladder (18), internally pressurizing the bladder (18) and power and clot reducing means (36, 90, 118) mounted in the outflow conduit (14) to reduce size of clots (82) in bodily fluid passing out of said bladder (18) responsively to influx of pressurizing fluid into said bladder (18) via said apparatus (10).
L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil destinés à éliminer par irrigation un thrombus d'un fluide de vessie, le procédé consistant à introduire un conduit d'évacuation (14) dans une vessie humaine (18), à mettre sous pression la vessie (18) à l'intérieur et à actionner un dispositif de réduction de caillots (36, 90 118) monté dans le conduit d'évacuation (14) pour réduire la taille des caillots (82) dans le fluide corporel évacué de la vessie (18) en réponse à un flux entrant de fluide de mise sous pression dans la vessie (18) via l'appareil (10).
