A urinary incontinence treatment apparatus comprises an operable restriction device (4) to be implanted in a patient for engaging the urethra (66) or urine bladder, to form a restricted urine passageway in the urethra or urine bladder. The restriction device is operable to change the restriction of the urine passageway. An energy transmission device (10) is provided for wireless transmission of energy from outside the patient's body to inside the patient's body for use in connection with the operation of the restriction device including enlarging or restricting the urine passageway. L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement de l'incontinence d'urine comprenant un dispositif de restriction opérationnel (4) destiné à être implanté pour assurer le maintien de l'urètre (66) ou de la vessie, formant par ce maintien un passage restreint dans l'organe considéré. Le dispositif permet de modifier le degré de restriction.
