A B S T R A C T A custom-made urine collection device for females comprising a receptacle having an opening surrounded by a rim and connecting wall surfaces, the surface of said rim being contoured to mate substantially with the surface con- tours of the vulvar tissue which it contacts; said device being manufactured in accordance with a process wherein an impression is taken of selected portions of the vulvar region of a patient for whom the device is made by means of an impression cup.
