The present invention relates to a urogenital sinus derived growth inhibitory factor, ps20. The amino acid and nucleotide sequences for ps20 are provided. Also provided in the present invention are antibodies which bind to ps20. Additionally, ps20 is shown to be a member of the WAP-type for disulfide core domain family and to possess protease inhibitory function.

Cette invention se rapporte à un facteur inhibiteur de croissance dérivé du sinus urogénital, le facteur ps20. Les séquences d'acides aminés et de nucléotides pour ce facteur ps20 sont présentées. Cette invention présente également des anticorps qui se fixent au facteur ps20.
