The present invention provides novel uses of the compounds of general formula (I) wherein R3 is hydrogen, alkyl or cycloalkyl; R4 is hydrogen or R4 together with R10 represents a bridge; R7 is hydroxy or alkoxy; R10, R11, R12 independently represent hydrogen, trifluoromethyl, halogen or alkyl; or R10 together with R11 represents a bridge, or R11 together with R12 represents a bridge, the bridge in both cases being chosen among -O-CH2-CH2-, -O-CH2-CH2-CH2-, -O-CH=CH-, -CH2-CH2-CH2-, -CH2-CH-CH- or -CH2-CH2-CH2-CH2-; R13 is hydrogen, halogen or alkyl; and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof in combination with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier for the manufacture of a pharmaceutical composition for treatment of sleep disorders and/or sleep disturbances.
L'invention concerne des utilisations nouvelles de composés de formule générale (I), dans laquelle R<3> représente hydrogène, alkyle ou cycloalkyle; R<4> représente hydrogène ou R<4> conjointement avec R<10> représente un pont; R<7> représente hydroxy ou alcoxy; R<10>, R<11>, R<12> représentent séparément hydrogène, trifluorométhyle, halogène ou alkyle; ou R<10> conjointement avec R<11> représente un pont, ou R<11> conjointement avec R<12> représente un pont, dans les deux cas le pont étant choisi parmi -O-CH2-CH2-, -O-CH2-CH2-CH2-, -O-CH=CH-, -CH2-CH2CH2-, -CH2CH=CH- ou -CH2-CH2-CH2-CH2-; R<13> représente hydrogène, halogène ou alkyle; L'invention porte aussi sur un sel desdits composés, acceptable sur le plan pharmaceutique, combiné à un véhicule acceptable sur le plan pharmaceutique, pour la fabrication d'une composition pharmaceutique pour le traitement de troubles du sommeil.
