The present invention provides novel uses of compounds of general formula (I), wherein R1, R4 and R5 are individually hydrogen, hydroxy, halogen, trifluoromethyl, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy or (tertiary anmino)(lower alkoxy); and R2 and R3 are individually hydrogen or lower alkyl, or as a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in combination with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier for the manufacture of a pharmaceutical composition for vasodilatory treatment or prophylaxis.
La présente invention concerne de nouvelles utilisations de composés de la formule générale (I), ainsi que de leurs sels acceptables sur le plan pharmaceutique. Dans cette formule R?1¿, R?4¿ et R?5¿ représentent individuellement hydrogène, hydroxy, halogène, trifluorométhyle, alkyle inférieur, alcoxy inférieur ou (tert-amino)(alcoxy inférieur); et R?2¿ et R?4¿ représentent individuellement hydrogène ou alkyle inférieur. Ces composés utilisés en combinaison avec un excipient acceptable sur le plan pharmaceutique permettent la fabrication d'une composition de traitement vasodilatateur ou de prophylaxie.
