It also relates to new pyrotechnic compositions containing 5-oxo-3-nitro-1,2,4-triazole and especially new explosive compositions such as, for example, compressed explosives or compound explosives, new powders for fire- arms, such as, for example, triple-base powders or com- pound powders with an inert binder, and new compound pro- pellants.
