The present invention relates to the use of a female germinal cell (egg) extract of pericellular organisms in M-phase of the cell cycle for a mitotic remodeling of chromosomes of donor cells of pericellular organisms, wherein the mitotic remodeling confers to the nucleus of the aforesaid donor cells the ability to adapt themselves to the early embryonic development, in particular to the replication phases, in order to carry out the embryonic development or to obtain stem cells.
L'invention concerne l'utilisation d'un extrait de cellule germinale femelle (oeuf) d'organismes péricellulaires dans la phase M du cycle cellulaire pour une remodélisation mitotique des chromosomes de cellules donneuses d'organismes péricellulaires. Cette remodélisation mitotique confère au noyau desdites cellules donneuses la capacité de s'adapter au développement embryonnaire précoce notamment aux phases de réplication afin de mener à bien le développement embryonnaire ou d'obtenir des cellules-souches.
