The invention relates to the use of a composite material having two or more superimposed layers of wood as a support element in structural engineering, nautical, vehicle and aircraft constructions, energy production systems, mining or in the production of furniture. The wood layers are joined together by means of a one component polyurethane adhesive containing a prepolymer with free NCO groups and the wood has a structure having a volume fraction of libriform fibres of between 50 % - 70 %.
L'invention concerne l'utilisation d'un matériau composite comportant deux couches de bois superposées ou plus comme élément support dans le BTP, les constructions navale, automobile et aéronautique, la construction d'installations de production d'énergie, l'exploitation minière ou la fabrication de meubles, les couches de bois étant liées entre elles à l'aide d'une colle polyuréthane monocomposant, qui contient un prépolymère à groupes NCO libres, et le bois présentant une structure ayant une fraction volumique de fibres libriformes comprise entre 50 % et 70 %.
