ABSTRACT A microcirculation improving agent containing an effective amount of a dihydropyridine compound of the general formula: Image (I) wherein R1 means a nitrophenyl group; and R2, R3 and R4 each means a lower alkyl group, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and its use for the prophylaxis and treatment of diseases associated with disorders resulting from the inner ear microcirculation.
