The invention relates to the use of a so-called flash-sintering technique for the synthesis and densification of iodine apatites or iodoapatites. The invention can be used in the recycling of used nuclear fuel for conditioning and storing into apatite the radioactive iodine present in the aqueous effluents from said recycling, in particular iodine 129.
L'invention se rapporte à l'utilisation de la technique dite de <= frittage flash <= pour la synthèse et la densif ication d' apatites à l'iode ou iodoapatites. Applications : retraitement des combustibles nucléaires usés pour conditionner et stocker dans une apatite l'iode radioactif présent dans les effluents aqueux issus de ce retraitement et, notamment, l'iode 129.
