The invention concerns the use of a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) film, having at least two layers. electrically conductive on one side, as a flexible liner for containers for storing inflammable liquids, which is characterised in that it is constructed from at least: A) one layer (1) of conductive, modified TPU, containing I. TPU as basic raw material II. carbon black having a surface according to the BET method of greater than or equal to 600 m2/g. and III. optionally, known additives for the manufacture of the TPU and the film B) a layer (2) of non-conductive, modified TPU containing: IV. TPU as basic raw material, and V. optionally, the known additives for the production of the TPU film.
