The use is disclosed of acid sodium polyphosphates for inhibiting the germination of moulds and yeasts. The disclosed polyphosphate contains 70 to 77 wt % P2O5, 20 to 27 wt % Na2O, 2 to 3 wt % water and has an average linear condensation degree from 8 to 20.
La présente invention concerne l'utilisation de polyphosphates de sodium acides pour inhiber la germination de moisissures et de levures.
