USE OF L-ACYLCARNITINE FOR THE TREATMENT OF AIDS Abstract of the Disclosure This invention relates to the use of L-acylcarnitine for the preparation of a drug and a technique for relieving the disease symptoms appearing in AIDS by administering an L- acylcarnitine. The invention furthermore relates to a drug for this purpose, characterized in content by L- acylcarnitine as active principle. The preferred L- acylcarnitine is L-acetylcarnitine.
