The present invention concerns the use of cells derived from the cellular fraction of the vascular stroma of the extramedullary adipose tissue to promote the regeneration of tissue following lesions caused by irradiation. More specifically, the use according to the invention aims to prepare a drug for promoting regeneration of the skin, and in particular to repair the cutaneous wounds caused by irradiation.

La présente invention concerne l'utilisation de cellules issues de la fraction du stroma vasculaire du tissu adipeux extra médullaire, pour favoriser la régénération tissulaire à la suite de lésions causées par irradiation. Plus particulièrement l'utilisation selon l'invention est destinée à la préparation d'un médicament pour favoriser la régénération de la peau, notamment pour réparer les plaies cutanées causées par irradiation.
