The invention relates to specific aqueous compositions comprising alkoxylated sugar esters and their use as a softener. The alkoxylated sugar esters are characterised by a molar ratio of alkoxy units to hydroxy groups of the unmodified sugar from 1:4 to 3:1, a molar ratio of ester groups to hydroxy groups of the unmodified sugar from 0.25 to 0.70, and an HLB value below 8, preferably from 1-3. Preferably the alkoxylated sugar esters are combined with performance boosters selected from cationic and non-ionic compounds to increase their softening performance.
L'invention concerne des compositions aqueuses spécifiques contenant des esters de sucre alcoxylés, ainsi que leur utilisation en tant qu'adoucissant. Ces esters de sucre alcoxylés sont caractérisés par un rapport molaire, unités alcoxy / groupes hydroxy du sucre non modifié, allant de 1/4 à 3/1, un rapport molaire, groupes esters / groupes hydroxy du sucre non modifié, de 0,25 à 0,70, et un rapport hydrophile-lipophile inférieur à 8, et de préférence compris entre 1 et 3. Afin d'augmenter leur capacités adoucissantes, on mélange de préférence ces esters de sucre alcoxylés à des renforçateurs sélectionnés parmi des composés cationiques et non ioniques
