The invention relates to the use of a composition comprising 1 % to 5% by weight of amorolfine in ionized form in an aqueous-alcoholic solution, at a pH of between 3 and 6, in the manufacture of a medicament for use in the treatment of a nail disease, said composition being applied to the nail in combination with an iontophoretic current, the intensity of which is between 0.01 and 5 mA/cm2, for a period of time which is sufficient to enable the amorolfine to pass into or through the nail.

La présente invention a pour objet l'utilisation d'une composition renfermant 1 % à 5 % en poids d'amorolfine sous forme ionisée dans une solution aqueuse alcoolique, à un pH situé entre 3 et 6, dans la fabrication d'un médicament en vue d'une utilisation dans le traitement d'une pathologie unguéale, ladite composition étant appliquée sur l'ongle en combinaison avec un courant iontophorétique dont l'intensité se situe entre 0,01 et 5 mA/cm2, pendant une période de temps qui est suffisante pour permettre le passage de l'amorolfine dans ou à travers l'ongle.
