The present invention relates generally to therapeutic protocols for the treatment of cancer in subjects including humans. More particularly, the present invention provides a method for treating cancer comprising the administration of an angeloyl-substituted ingenane or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, derivative, homolog or analog thereof and at least one other agent. Preferably, the latter agent is an anti-cancer agent or has or induces an anti-cancer effect.

Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne une méthode de traitement du cancer comprenant l'administration d'un ingénane substitué par un groupement angéloyle ou d'un sel, dérivé, homologue ou analogue de qualité pharmaceutique de ce composé, en combinaison avec au moins un autre agent.
