ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE For supplementing feeds and industrially produced mixed feeds with L-lysine aqueous L-lysine solutions having an L-lysine content of between 30 and 80 percent by weight, preferably between 50 and 70 percent by weight are used. As compared with crystallized L-lysine they are distinctly more stable and on being applied in an equimolar amount they show the same L-lysine activity as conventional forms of administer- ing L-lysine.
