The invention also concerns a pharmaceutical composition containing, as active principle, an efficient amount of one or more said peptides, in combination with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The invention further concerns a food product, in particular for supplementing the diet of persons liable to hypertension or wishing to prevent its occurrence, containing an efficient amount of one or more said peptides, in combination with food supports, in particular proteins, lipids or carbohydrates. Such a food product may also include at least one of the peptides having the following amino acid sequences: Ala-Leu-Asn-Glu-lle-Asn-Gln-Phe-Tyr-Gln-Lys (SEQ ID NO: 8) Ala-Leu-Asn-Glu-lle-Asn-Gln-Phe-Tyr (SEQ ID NO: 9) Tyr-Leu (SEQ ID NO: 10).
