The invention concerns the use of copolymers comprising at least polyoxyalkylene polyamide functions, as gelling agents for compounds with low polarity or ionic surfactants. Said sequence copolymers comprise the following units: -X-(R?1¿)¿m?-(OA)¿n?-X- (I), and -[NH-R?2¿-NHCO-R'?2¿-CO]¿r? (IIa), and/or -[NH-R?3¿-CO]¿s?- (IIb), and -OC-R?4¿-CO- (III) units wherein R?1¿, R'?1¿, R?2¿, R'?2¿, R?3¿ and R?4¿ represent a hydrocarbon radical; X corresponds to the terminal function of said unit after reaction with an amine function or carboxylic acid; OA, an oxyethylene, oxypropylene and/or oxybutylene radical; m is equal to 0 or 1; n is an integer ranging between 4 and 800; r and s are such that the number of amide bonds ranges between 1 and 15, for each unit (I); the mol ratio of the number of units (III)/number of units (I) ranges between 0.5/1 and 1.4/1 and the molar mass in number of the copolymer is less than 10000 g/mol.

La présente invention a pour objet l'utilisation de copolymères comprenant au moins des fonctions polyamides, polyoxyalkylénées, en tant que gélifiants de composés peu polaires ou tensioactifs ioniques. Ces copolymères séquences comprennent les motifs suivants: -X-(R1)m-(OA)n-X- (I), et -[NH-R2-NHCO-R'2- CO]r- (IIa), et/ou -[NH-R3-CO]s- (IIb), et -OC-R4-CO- (III); motifs dans lesquels, R1, R'1, R2, R'2, R3 et R4 représentent un radical hydrocarboné; X correspond à la fonction terminale dudit motif après réaction avec une fonction amine ou acide carboxylique; OA, un radical oxyéthyléné, oxypropyléné et/ou oxybutyléné; m est égal à 0 ou 1; n est un nombre entier compris entre 4 et 800; r et s sont tels que le nombre de liaisons amides est compris entre 1 et 15, pour chaque motif (I); le rapport molaire du nombre de motifs (III) au nombre de motifs (I) est compris entre 0,5/1 à 1,4/1 et la masse molaire en nombre du copolymère est inférieure à 100000 g/mol.
