The invention relates to a method for phenotyping blood and/or performing an irregular agglutinin test and/or for determination of compatibility of a donor and receiver, using an aqueous solution of ferrofluid, obtained from a mixture of polyoxoanions of Fe(III) and at least one metal M(II) of oxidation state II. The invention further relates to a kit for carrying out said procedure.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de phénotypage de groupe sanguin et/ou de RAI et/ou de détermination de la compatibilité entre un donneur son receveur, mettant en AEuvre une solution aqueuse de ferrofluide obtenu à partir d'un mélange polyoxoanions de Fe(III) et d'au moins un métal M(II) de degré II d'oxydation. L'invention comprend également un dispositif et un kit permettant de réaliser un tel procédé.
