The invention provides for the use of a special-purpose salt of formula (I): A<SUP>+</SUP>-L-R-OY, X<SUP>-</SUP> as a soluble support for the synthesis of peptides, in which: X<SUP>-</SUP> represents a functional or non-functional anion, Y represents either a hydrogen atom or a group -COOR<SUB>1</SUB>, where R<SUB>1</SUB> represents in particular an alkyl group containing 1 to 20 carbon atoms, A<SUP>+</SUP> represents a cationic entity, L represents a linking arm, in particular an alkyl group of 3 to 20 carbon atoms, R represents in particular a group of formula -C(R<SUB>a</SUB>)(R<SUB>b</SUB>)-, where R<SUB>a</SUB> and R<SUB>b</SUB> independently of one another represent in particular a hydrogen or an alkyl group containing 1 to 20 carbon atoms.

L'invention a pour objet l'utilisation d'un sel à tâche dédiée de formule (I) : A+-L-R-OY, X- comme support soluble pour la synthèse de peptides, dans laquelle : .cndot. X- représente un anion, fonctionnel ou non, .cndot. Y représente soit un atome d'hydrogène, soit un groupe -COOR1, R1 représentant notamment un groupe alkyle comprenant de 1 à 20 atomes de carbone, .cndot. A+ représente une entité cationique, .cndot.
