The invention concerns the use of at least one: a) a GILZ protein, a functional fragment of at least 5 consecutive amino acids of said protein, a GILZ modulator, or a recombinant vector expressing same, isolated or expressed in modified dendritic cells, and b) an antigen of interest and/or a molecule allowing targeting and/or passage of the plasmic membrane of dendritic cells, to prepare a medicine for preventing and/or treating autoimmune, inflammatory diseases, allergies, graft rejection and graft-versus-host disease, cancers and pathogenic micro-organism infections.

Utilisation d'au moins : a) une protéine GILZ, un fragment fonctionnel d'au moins 5 acides aminés consécutifs de ladite protéine, un modulateur de GILZ, ou un vecteur recombinant d'expression des précédents, isolés ou exprimés dans des cellules dendritiques modifiées, et b) un antigène d'intérêt et/ou une molécule permettant le ciblage et/ou le passage de la membrane plasmique des cellules dendritiques, pour la préparation d'un médicament destiné ô la prévention et/ou au traitement des maladies auto-immunes, inflammatoires, des allergies, des rejets de greffe et de la maladie du greffon contre l'hôte, des cancers et des infections par les microorganismes pathogènes.
