Si X représente CH, R représente H, OH, une chaîne alkyle linéaire ou ramifiée ayant de 1 à 3 atomes de carbone, une chaîne alcoxy linéaire ou ramifiée ayant 1 à 3 atomes de carbone ou un atome d'halogène mais si X représente N, R représente H ou un sel d'addition acide de ce dernier avec un acide organique ou anorganique pharmaceutiquement tolérable.
