The present invention relates to an indole-derived compound, particularly useful in therapy, and characterized in that the compound is selected from among iii) the compounds of formula (I), where: R1 is a halogen atom or a trifluoromethyl group; R2 is a hydrogen atom or a (C1-C4)alkyl group; R3 is an isopropyl (1-methylethyl) group or a te/t/s-butyl (1,1-dimethylethyl), and n = 3 or 4. The invention further relates to the pharmaceutically acceptable salts of said compounds of formula (I). The invention can be used in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases and particularly of Parkinsons disease.

La présente invention concerne un composé dérivé de l'indole, notamment utile en thérapeutique, caractérisé en ce qu'il est choisi parmi iii) les composés de formule (I) dans laquelle : R1 représente un halogène ou un groupe trifluorométhyle, R2 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle en C1- C4, R3 représente un groupe isopropyle (1- méthyléthyl) ou un groupe tertio-butyle (1, 1 -diméthyléthyl), n = 3 ou 4 1es sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables desdits composés de formule (I). Application : Traitement des maladies neurodégénératives et en particulier de la maladie de Parkinson.
