The invention concerns the use as extreme pressure additive in aqueous lubricants used for deforming or transforming metals, of lamellar crystallites having a length (L) ranging between 0.1 and 100 mu m, a width (I) ranging between 0.5 and 30 mu m and a thickness (e) ranging between 5 and 200 nm, comprising a stack of organic phases (O) and of aqueous solutions (A) in the sequence O/[A/O]n, n being an integer different from 0 and such that the stack has a thickness ranging between 5 and 200 nm, the organic phases comprising: i) at least an acid selected among: carboxylic acids, saturated or unsaturated, comprising at least 5 carbon atoms, acid phosphate esters of formula (RO)x-P(=O)(OH)x' wherein: R is a hydrocarbon radical, optionally polyalkoxylated, x and x' being equal to 1 or 2, provided that the sum of x and x' is equal to 3, said acid being optionally neutralised by an organic or mineral base; and at least a metal in the form of a multivalent ion; or (ii) at least a polyalkylene block polymer having a cloud point preferably ranging between 30 and 90 DEG C. The invention also concerns said lamellar crystallites and a method for obtaining them.
La présente invention a pour objet l'utilisation en tant qu'additif extrême- pression mis en oeuvre dans des lubrifiants aqueux employés pour la déformation ou la transformation de métaux, de cristallites lamellaires de longueur (L) comprise entre 0,1 et 100 µm, de largeur (I) comprise entre 0,5 et 30 µm et d'épaisseur (e) comprise entre 5 et 200 nm, comprenant un empilement de phases organiques (O) et de solutions aqueuses (A) selon l'enchaînement O/[A/O]n, n étant un entier différent de 0 et tel que l'empilement présente une épaisseur de 5 à 200 nm, les phases organiques comprenant: i) au moins un acide choisi parmi: les acides carboxyliques, saturés ou non, comprenant au moins 5 atomes de carbone, les esters phosphates acides de formule (RO)x- P(=O)(OH)X., formule dans laquelle R est un radical hydrocarboné, éventuellement polyalcoxylé, x et x' étant égaux à 1 ou 2, à la condition que la somme de x et x' soit égale à 3, ledit acide étant éventuellement neutralisé par une base organique ou minérale; et au moins un métal sous forme d'un ion multivalent; ou ii) au moins un polymère bloc polyoxyalkyléné présentant un point de trouble de préférence compris entre 30 et 90°C. L'invention concerne de même lesdites cristallites lamellaires ainsi que leur obtention.
