The present invention relates to the use of a method of treating or preventing a disease selected from the group of skin diseases and diseases of the mucosa, comprising administering topically to a mammal in need of such a treatment a topical medicinal product comprising a lipopeptide or a mixture thereof, wherein said lipopeptide comprises a peptide antigen specific for a T cell population, said peptide antigen being coupled covalently with a lipid radical and being capable of activating the T cell population. Such a use is more specifically intended for a transcutaneous application of the topical medicinal product, which is advantageously intended to prevent or treat a skin disease. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical or cosmetic formulations comprising the lipopeptide according to the invention.
La présente invention concerne la mise en oeuvre d'un procédé de traitement ou de prévention d'une maladie choisie dans le groupe des maladies de la peau et de la muqueuse, consistant à administrer localement à un mammifère nécessitant un tel traitement un produit médicinal topique comportant un lipopeptide ou un mélange le contenant, ledit lipopeptide comportant un antigène peptidique spécifique d'une population de lymphocytes T, présentant une liaison covalente avec un groupe lipidique et capable d'activer ladite population de lymphocytes T. Cette utilisation est plus particulièrement destinée à une application transcutanée du produit médicinal topique, qui convient avantageusement à la prévention ou au traitement d'une maladie de la peau. L'invention se rapporte également à des formulations pharmaceutiques ou cosmétiques comportant le lipopeptide selon l'invention.
