Described herein is the use of new cementitious mortars with a high degree of fluidity and short consolidation times in the production of cementitious products by means of pouring in foundry moulds. The mortars used contain water, a fast-setting cement, fluidifiers and/or superfluidifiers, setting regulators, and aggregates having a specific granulometric distribution. The aggregates are made up of two fractions with different grain size such that the ratio between the characteristic grain diameters of the two fractions is comprised between 2.2 and 3.2. The new mortars thus obtained have values of fluidity 2-3 times higher than those of mortars produced with traditional aggregates. The mortars thus produced are particularly suitable for filling, in a homogeneous way and without any application of vibration, foundry earth moulds; solidification in the moulds takes place in a short time and leads to the formation of products, including ones of a complex shape, with precise outlines and having good mechanical characteristics.
L'invention concerne l'utilisation de nouveaux mortiers à base de ciment à degré élevé de fluidité et à temps de séchage court, pour la préparation de produits à base de ciment par coulage dans des moules de fonderie. Les mortiers utilisés contiennent de l'eau, un ciment à séchage rapide, des fluidifiants et/ou des superfluidifiants, des régulateurs de séchage, ainsi que des agrégats ayant une distribution granulométrique spécifique. Ces agrégats sont constitués de deux fractions possédant des granulométries différentes, le rapport entre les diamètres des grains caractéristiques des deux fractions étant compris entre 2.2 et 3.2. Les nouveaux mortiers ainsi obtenus ont des valeurs de fluidité 2 à 3 trois fois supérieures à celles des mortiers produits à partir d'agrégats traditionnels. Les mortiers ainsi produits sont tout particulièrement adaptés pour remplir, de façon homogène et sans application de vibrations, des moules de fonderie de terre ; le séchage dans les moules se fait rapidement et permet de former des produits, y compris des produits avec des formes complexes, avec des contours précis et de bonnes caractéristiques mécaniques.
