La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'une composition contenant au moins un sel de calcium difficilement soluble dans l'eau et/ou sa substance composite, pour la protection et/ou le traitement thérapeutique et/ou préventif des dents et/ou des os par ex. contre des lésions qui résultent d'influences extérieures, en particulier de type corporelles, chimiques, physiques et/ou microbiologiques, en particulier pour la prévention et la réparation d'érosions osseuses et dentaires, en particulier pour soigner les douleurs dentaires, ainsi que pour la protection des dents de l'effet des acides, en particulier par l'activité bactérienne ou l'action d'acides provenant de l'alimentation, pour la protection contre la déminéralisation dentaire, pour la fermeture de fissures, pour la protection contre et/ou la réparation de lésions primaires et/ou de caries initiales en cas de douleur dentaire, et pour le lissage de la surface dentaire, pour la prévention des caries, pour l'amélioration de la capacité de nettoyage, de la résistance mécanique des dents et la santé dentaire de manière générale.
