The present invention relates to methods and kits for identification of testicular carcinoma in situ (CIS), gonadoblastoma (a CIS-like pre-cancerous lesion found in dysgenetic gonads) and CIS-derived cancers based on at least one of the biomarkers included in the invention. It also relates to diagnosis of a subject~s status of the testicular carcinoma in situ and the derived cancers based on the measurement of a relative abundance of one of the biomarkers.

La présente invention concerne des méthodes et des kits d'identification d'un carcinome testiculaire in situ (CIS), d'un gonadoblastome (une lésion précancéreuse de type CIS apparaissant dans les gonades dysgénétiques), et de cancers dérivés du CIS, à l'aide d'au moins un des biomarqueurs de l'invention. L'invention concerne également le diagnostic de l'état du carcinome testiculaire in situ d'un sujet et des cancers dérivés en fonction par mesure de l'abondance relative d'un des biomarqueurs.
