L'invention concerne l'utilisation d'un peptide de la formule générale (I) où R1 et R2, identiques ou différents, représentent un hydrogène, un reste d'hydrocarbure saturé ou non saturé ayant 1 à 10, notamment 1 à 3 atomes de carbone ; Z1 représente un reste d'histidine ou de proline; Z2 représente un reste d'arginine, un reste de peptide ou un reste de protéine ayant un reste d'arginine en début de chaîne, notamment avec 2 à 30 acides aminés. Ce peptide a les propriétés biologiques d'apparier la chaîne Bß (càd.
