The invention pertains to the use of a water-soluble phosphorylated cellulose which is obtained by dissolving cellulose in a phosphoric acid-containing solvent to produce a solution 94-100 wt.% which is composed of the constituents cellulose, phosphoric acid and/or its anhydrides, and water, in detergent compositions. The use concerns utilisation both in detergents for textiles and in dishwashing detergents.

L'invention se rapporte à l'utilisation dans des compositions détergentes de la cellulose phosphorylée hydrosoluble, obtenue par la dissolution de la cellulose dans un solvant à base d'acide phosphorique, ladite dissolution débouchant sur une solution composée à 94-100 % en poids de cellulose, d'acide phosphorique et/ou de ses anhydrides ainsi que d'eau. Le produit faisant l'objet de cette invention peut s'utiliser dans des détergents pour textiles tout comme dans des détergents à vaisselle.
