The invention is directed to methods to treat conditions mediated by kinase using compounds of formula (1) and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, or a pharmaceutical composition thereof, wherein Z is N or CR1, R1 is a noninterfering substituent, each of X1 and X2 is a linker, Ar1 and Ar2 are identical or different, and represent optionally substituted C1-C20 hydrocarbyl residues wherein at least one of Ar1 and Ar2 is an optionally substituted aryl group, with the proviso that when X2 is CH2 or an isostere thereof, X1 is CO or an isostere thereof, and Ar2 is optionally substituted phenyl, Ar1 is other than an optionally substituted indolyl, benzimidazolyl or benzotriazolyl substituent, and wherein said optionally substituted phenyl is not an optionally substituted indolyl, benzimidazolyl, or benzotriazolyl, Y is a noninterfering substituent, wherein n is an integer from 0-4, and wherein m is an integer from 0-4 and 1 is an integer from 0-3.
L'invention concerne des procédés relatifs au traitement des affections dont la médiation est assurée par la kinase, au moyen des composés représentés par la formule (1), y compris les sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables desdits composés ou les compositions pharmaceutiques à base de ces composés. Dans ladite formule, Z est N ou CR?1¿, R?1¿ est un substituant sans activité interférentielle, chacun des deux éléments X?1¿ et X?2¿ est un élément de liaison, et Ar?1¿ et Ar?2¿ sont identiques ou différents, représentant des résidus hydrocarbyle C1-20 éventuelllement substitués. Au moins l'un de ces deux éléments Ar?1¿ et Ar?2¿ est un groupe aryle éventuellement substitué, à condition que lorsque X?2¿ est CH¿2? ou un isostère correspondant, X?1¿ est CO ou un isostère correspondant, et Ar?2¿ est phényle éventuellement substitué, Ar?1¿ n'étant pas indolyle éventuellement substitué, benzimidazolyle ou un substituant benzotriazolyle, et sachant que le dit phényle éventuellement substitué n'est pas indolyle éventuellement substitué, benzimidazolyle ou benzotriazolyle. Y est un substituant sans activité interférentielle, et enfin n est un entier compris entre 0 et 4, m est un entier compris entre 0 et 4 et l est un entier compris entre 0 et 3.
