Described herein is the use of a platelet aggregation inhibitor for inhibiting platelet aggregation or treating or preventing a platelet-associated ischemic disorder. The platelet aggregation inhibitor is a cyclic polypeptide that has the general formula (see above formula) and is dissolved in a citrate buffer to form a storage-stable solution having a pH of from 5.0 to 5.5.

Dans l'invention est décrite l'utilisation d'un inhibiteur de l'agrégation des plaquettes dans le but d'inhiber l'agrégation des plaquettes et de traiter ou de prévenir des maladies ischémiques associées aux plaquettes. L'inhibiteur de l'agrégation des plaquettes est un polypeptide cyclique dont la formule générale est présentée plus loin. Une fois dissous dans un tampon citrate, il forme une solution stable dont le pH varie de 5,0 à 5,5.
