The invention relates to the field of medicine specifically to a problem of vaccination against tumor cells and to a new method for the vaccine-therapy of diabetes mellitus. The invention proposes a new method for cultivating cells involving the formation of a capsule in a mammal tissue including that of human beings. The capsule is made of polyacrylamide gel and desired cells are injected therein. The invention ensures to maintain the viability of cells for a long time.
L'invention se rapporte au domaine de la médecine et concerne plus particulièrement la vaccination dirigée contre les cellules tumorales et un nouveau procédé de thérapie par vaccination du diabète sucré. L'invention propose un nouveau procédé de culture qui consiste à former dans le tissu d'un animal (y compris l'homme) d'une capsule en gel polyacrilamide dans laquelle on injecte les cellules désirées. L'invention permet de maintenir les activités vitales des cellules pendant une période prolongée.
