The invention relates to the use of a hydro-organic solution as a coating agent for keratin fibres in and for the preparation of cosmetic or dermatological compositions. The hydro-organic solution of the invention comprises at least (a) a non-cross-linked polymer capable of forming a layer or film on a keratin support after drying and having a lower critical solubility temperature or upper critical solubility temperature (Tc) ranging from 0 degrees to 100 degrees C and (b) at least one organic solvent capable of dissolving the entire said polymer within the utilization temperature range of the composition, partially or completely miscible in water and more volatile than water; specifically in hair styling and or hair care products or make-up products, particularly water-based nail polish. The invention also relates to the use of an aqueous solution or aqueous dispersion as a coating agent for keratin fibres in and for the preparation of cosmetic or dermatological compositions, the said aqueous solution or aqueous dispersion containing the association of at least one polymer as described above and at least one surfactant and/or hydrophilic polymer capable of establishing physical interactions with the said polymer, specifically in styling shampoos and/or conditioners.
L'invention porte sur l'utilisation comme agent de revêtement des matières kératiniques dans et pour la préparation de compositions cosmétiques ou dermatologiques d'unesolution hydroorganique comportant au moins (a) un polymère non-réticulé susceptible de former un dépôt ou un film sur un support kératinique après séchage et présentant une température critique Tc de solubilité dans l'eau du type LCST ou UCST allant de 0° à 100°C et (b) au moins un solvant organique total dudit polymère dans le domaine de température d'utilisation de la composition, miscible partiellement ou totalement à l'eau et plus volatil que l'eau; notamment dans les produits de coiffage et/ou de maintien des cheveux ou des produits pour le maquillage en particulier les vernis à ongles aqueux. L'invention porte également sur l'utilisation comme agent de revêtement des matières kératiniques dans et pour la préparation de compositions cosmétiques ou dermatologiques d'une solution aqueuse ou d'une dispersion aqueuse contenant l'association d'au moins un polymère tel que décrit ci-dessus et d'au moins un agent tensio-actif et/ou un polymère hydrophile, susceptibles d'établir avec ledit polymère des interactions physiques, notamment dans les shampooings coiffants et/ou conditionneurs.
