The invention relates to the use of polysilazanes as permanent coatings on metal surfaces for prevention of the susceptibility to fingerprints, characterised in that the polysilazane is in the form of a solution of a polysilazane or a mixture of polysilazanes of general formula 1 -(Si R' R"-N R'")n-, where R', R" R'", R'" independently = H, optionally-substituted alkyl- , aryl-, vinyl or (trialkoxysilyl)alkyl, n = a whole number such that the polysilazane has a number average molecular weight of 150 to 150,000 g/mol in a solvent. The invention further relates to a method for production of the coating.
L'invention concerne l'utilisation de polysilazanes en tant que revêtement permanent de surfaces métalliques, destiné à réduire la sensibilité aux empreintes digitales. Lesdits polysilazanes sont caractérisés en ce qu'ils sont constitués d'une solution d'un polysilazane ou d'un mélange de polysilazanes représentés par la formule 1-(Si R' R''-N R''')n- dans laquelle R', R'' et R''' sont identiques ou différents et représentent indépendamment l'un de l'autre hydrogène ou un radical alkyl, aryl, vinyl ou (trialkoxysilyl)alkyl éventuellement substitué, n étant un entier tel que le poylsilazane présente un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre de 150 à 150000 g/mol, dans un solvant. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication dudit revêtement.
