The invention relates to a two-component adhesive/sealant consisting of a binding agent component and a hardening agent component, wherein A) the binding agent component contains 5 to 50 % by weight of epoxidized alkylene polysulfide, 5 to 25 % by weight of at least one softener, 30 to 60 % by weight of fillers, 0.5 to 4 % by weight of adhesion promoters, and B) the hardening component contains 20 to 50 % by weight of at least one softener, 0.1 to 40 % by weight of at least one amine-terminated liquid rubber, 1 to 5 % by weight of an accelerator, 20 to 60 % by weight of fillers, 1 to 10 % by weight of carbon black, the sum of the constituents of component A or B respectively totalling 100 %, wherein the components A and B are to be mixed at a ratio of 2 : 1 or 1 : 2, preferably 1 : 1. The inventive two-component adhesive/sealant is suitable for use as secondary sealing in the insulating glass peripheral bond and/or for glueing in a non-positive manner the insulating glass unit in the frame or window leaf of a window unit according to the rebate bonding or overturn bonding method.
L'invention concerne un composant d'étanchéité / adhésif à deux composants comprenant un composant adhésif et un composant de durcissement, dans lequel A) le composant adhésif contient entre 5 et 50% en poids d'alkyènpolysulfide epoxy, entre 5 et 25% en poids d'au moins un plastifiant, entre 30 et 60% en poids de charge, et entre 0,5 et 4% en poids d'un agent adhésif, et B) le composant de durcissement contient entre 20 et 50% en poids d'un plastifiant, entre 0,1 et 40% en poids d'au moins un caoutchouc liquide terminé par un amine, entre 1 et 5% en poids d'un accélérateur, entre 20 et 60% en poids d'une charge, et entre 1 et 10% en poids de noir de carbone. La somme des teneurs en composants A ou B représentant 100% en poids, les composants A et B destinés au durcissement pouvant être mélangés dans un rapport 2:1 à 1:2, de préférence 1:1. Ledit adhésif est utilisé pour une vitrification secondaire dans une liaison périphérique en verre isolant et/ou pour un collage par liaison de force de l'unité de verre isolant dans le chambranle ou le battant de fenêtre d'une unité fenêtre, selon le procédé de liaison de feuillure ou d'une liaison de recouvrement.
