The invention provides a method of immunization against Helicobacter, involving mucosal administration of an attenuated Salmonella vector including a nucleic acid molecule encoding a Helicobacter antigen, and parenteral administration of a soluble Helicobacter antigen, co-administered with a suitable parenteral adjuvant. Also provided by the invention are attenuated Salmonella vectors for use in this method.

L'invention concerne un procédé d'immunisation contre Helicobacter qui consiste à administrer par voie muqueuse d'un vecteur de Salmonella, qui comprend une molécule d'acide nucléique codant un antigène d'Helicobacter, et à administrer un antigène soluble d'Helicobacter par voie parentérale, ce dernier étant administré avec un adjuvant parentéral approprié. L'invention concerne aussi des vecteurs de Salmonelle atténués qui sont utilisés dans ce procédé.
