The invention relates to the use of silymarine or the main constituents thereof, individually or combined, selected from silybine, (or 2,3-dihydro-3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-(hydroxymethyl)-6-(3,5,7-trihydroxy-4-oxobenzopyran-2-yl) benzodioxine), isosilybine, silydianine, silychristine, silandrine, silymonine and taxifoline, the isolated eniantiomers thereof and the salts thereof, for the production of compositions used to induce, restore or stimulate a pigmentation of the skin, hairs, or hair. The invention also relates to the use of silymarine or the main constituents thereof for producing compositions used to preserve the intactness of the hair, to limit the loss of hair, and to stimulate capillary regrowth. The silymarine or the constituents thereof, individually or combined, are obtained by extraction from a plant of the genus Sylibum.
La présente invention a trait à l'utilisation de la silymarine, ou de ses constituants principaux seul ou en mélange choisis parmi la silybine, (ou 2 , 3-Dihydro-3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-(hydroxymethyl)-6-(3,5,7-trihydroxy- 4-oxobenzopyran-2-yl) benzodioxine), l'isosilybine, la silydianine, la silychristine, la silandrine, la silymonine et la taxifoline leurs éniantiomères isolés ainsi que leurs sels, pour la fabrication de compositions destinées à induire, restaurer ou stimuler une pigmentation de la peau, des poils ou des cheveux. Elle concerne également leur utilisation pour la fabrication de compositions destinées à préserver l'intégrité du cheveu, à limiter sa chute et à stimuler la repousse capillaire. La sylimarine ou ses constituants seuls ou en mélange sont obtenus par extraction d'une plante du genre Sylibum.
