Cosmetic and dermatological composition comprising at least one unprocessed or acid sophorolipid or a sophorolipid associated with a monovalent or divalent salt in a concentration of 0.01-30 % by weight and use thereof. The composition is ideally in the form of a water in oil emulsion, an oil in water emulsion or an oil in water microemulsion. The sophorolipid-based compositions are useful as anti-free-radical, anti-elastasic and anti-inflammatory agents.

La présente invention a pour objet une composition cosmétologique et/ou dermatologique comportant au moins un sophorolipide sous forme brute, acide ou associé à un sel monovalent ou divalent à une concentration de 0,01 à 30 % en poids, et son utilisation. En particulier, la composition se présente sous forme d'une émulsion eau dans l'huile, une émulsion huile dans l'eau ou microémulsion d'huile dans l'eau. Les compositions à base de sophorolipides selon l'invention ont des propriétés anti-radicalaires, anti-élastasiques et/ou anti-inflammatoires.
